Why we built TalentOS
Everyone on our team used AI. None of it worked together.
TalentOS began as an AI career product that reached 15,000 users. Working with companies, we kept seeing the same thing: one person used Claude, another used ChatGPT, someone else ran Codex, and everyone pasted context between them and Slack.
The AI was good. The teamwork was missing. So we built a place where a whole team and all of its AI can work on the same project, share what they know and finish the work together.

A Room holds the thread, the files and the brief for one project, client or team. Everyone in it, people and AI, starts from the same context.

An AI teammate for each person
Each person gets their own AI teammate with their own connected tools and private memory. It works in Rooms, in Slack, in iMessage and in the web app.

Bring the agents you already use
Copy one prompt into Claude Code or Codex and it joins the Room as your agent (early access). It takes tasks from teammates and their AI, and its file changes arrive as suggestions.

The practical details before you open your first Room.
What does TalentOS actually do?
It gives your team a shared Room where people, their AI teammates and agents like Claude Code and Codex work on the same project. They share context, hand work to each other and produce dashboards, decks, docs and web apps.
Do we have to replace Slack or the AI we already use?
No. Your AI teammate works in Slack too, and you can bring Claude Code or Codex into a Room. TalentOS is where the work gets built together.
Who can see my conversations?
Your private chats and personal memory are private to you. A Room is visible to its members. Administrators see usage and billing, not your private content.
How long does it take to get started?
Minutes. Create a workspace, open a Room, invite your team and give it a real project. No sales call needed.
What support should we expect?
Send product questions to support@talentos.so, which reaches a founder. Power and Max include priority support.
Who owns our data?
You do. We process it only on your instructions, we do not sell it, and we do not permit your workspace content to be used to train third-party models. The security page lists subprocessors and data handling; Enterprise customers can request a DPA and security review.
